Crane TV interviews curator Dr. Jerzy Kierkuć-Bieliński about Sir John Soane Museum’s new Face to Face exhibition

To coincide with the opening of Face to Face: British Portrait Prints from the Clifford Chance art collection at Sir John Soane’s Museum, leading arts and culture channel Crane TV recently interviewed the exhibition curator Dr. Jerzy Kierkuć-Bieliński.

Discussing everything from the variety of artists and the works on show, to how portraiture has developed throughout the 20th and 21st centuries – the video gives a unique insight into the Museum, this fascinating exhibition and the broader genre of portraiture and printmaking.

Alongside the exhibition, Sir John Soane’s Museum is also hosting a public talk – Portrait in Printmaking: Why contemporary artists make portraits in print – on Monday 3 November.
