An innovative, design-led modular house that could help alleviate the UK’s housing shortage is now available to order. Following a concept launch at the MIPIM property conference in 2017, the eagerly awaited nHouse is ready to view. nHouse is a contemporary, spacious and comfortable modular home designed by award-winning architect Richard Hywel Evans. Made from prefabricated timber elements that can be assembled in just a few days, a three-bedroom nHouse3 costs less than £200,000, making it more affordable than an average new-build. Interest in the project has been high since Evans and nHouse co-founder Nick Fulford raised more than £1 million via crowdfunding platform Crowdcube to help get the project off the ground. Prospective customers, including individual buyers, developers and housing associations, can view the showhouse firsthand at the nHouse production facility. Visit the-nhouse.com for more details.
