Novamobili debuts in London
Contemporary furniture design market leader to exhibit new collections at
100% Design during the London Design Festival 2015

Contemporary furniture design company Novamobili will be exhibiting at 100% Design for the first time this year, presenting fully furnished in-situ room sets.
Novamobili, one of Italy’s most established and respected furniture brands, has been owned by the Battistella family for over six decades, and holds a longstanding reputation for quality and style. Its considered balance, between artisanal craftsmanship and modern innovation, has made the brand popular in countries worldwide.
Founded in 1953 by Alfredo Battistella, whose son Mario Battistella is at the helm of the business today, the company now employs 400 staff over four manufacturing sites, and is an industry leader in product innovation, new technology investment and international growth.
The brand’s philosophy ‘to offer highly functional and aesthetic designer pieces at an affordable price point’, which has been firmly in place since the outset, accounts for Novamobili’s fast evolving success in the global marketplace today.
Novamobili oversee every aspect of production from the selection of raw materials to the manufacturing and packaging process, with elements of the furniture production still hand-finished by experts, to guarantee the highest quality standards, and its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities mean that it can customise production and made-to-measure furniture to tight deadlines. The brand is certified by both FSC and Eco Panel for its use of 100% recycled wood.
The stand, which will occupy 100sqm, has been conceived to give an immersive experience of the modern, high-quality, design-led furniture that defines the brand, with visitors being able to walk around different domestic zones, including the bedroom, living room, dining room and study.
Part of the new collections featured at 100% Design is the Doll chair, which perfectly merges form, function, and design, in curved wood, available in a variety of finishes and colours.
Box 18, a distinctive, modern and versatile modular storage system, is designed to fit every interiors thanks to its modular composition, and gives a distinctive look, providing endless storage solutions.
Circle, a simple, modern, lacquered metal occasional table available in Novamobili’s signature palette of matt lacquered colours, will be showcased in a Tangeri finish.
In the bedroom furniture range, Novamobili will launch its Giotto collection, which teams classical and refined shapes with elegant, contemporary details, and Siri, a timeless, pared down bed design; both Giotto and Siri are presented in veneered wood finishes, for the first time applied to bedroom solutions.
