Alison Brooks celebrated her practice’s 21st anniversary in June at Somerset House. As part of London Festival of Architecture, Alison also gave a talk at Somerset House on collegiate architecture, showcasing her latest project the Cohen Quad, Exeter College, Oxford. When the project completes later this year it will be it the first complete College commissioned by the University since Powell & Moya’s 1974 Wolfson College, and will make Alison the first woman to design an entire Oxford College. In addition, Alison received an AJ100 Contribution to the Profession Award, also announced last month. See the full line up here.
