AHMM are coming up to the completion of their long-anticipated White Collar Factory at Old Street, which will not only open up and connect this densely populated area, with public realm passageways, a large courtyard and smaller incubator workplaces, but will set new standards for sustainability with its impressive raft of eco credentials. The 16-storey tower at the heart of the campus will reconfigure the Old Street skyline with its modern, concrete outline, and leave fellow tech-belt workers envious with its user-focused features, such as natural ventilation (even on the topmost floors), localised climate control, and a 150m rooftop running track.
